This week, we were tasked with creating a story map to detail a topic. I wanted to do something a little different from usual, and focused on film locations in British Columbia. It can often feel like there is no Canadian representation in media, especially when it comes to featuring locations. There are many beautiful filming locations in British Columbia however Vancouver remains an extremely popular place to film. It is great to see representation of some cities in film, and I wanted to highlight the role British Columbia has played in creating some fan-favourite movies.
